Pickleball Class Cancellation & Payment Policy

At Arise Pickleball, we value both our players’ time and our coaches’ commitment. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for everyone, please review the following policy:

1. Booking & Payment

• Payment is required in advance to confirm your spot in the class.

• Unpaid bookings are not considered confirmed, and your slot may be released to other players.

• Payment can be made via LINE: @pickleball or the official booking link provided.

2. Cancellations by Players

• More than 24 hours before class:

You may cancel or reschedule your booking at no charge.

• Within 24 hours of class start time:

The session will be charged in full and considered used.

• No-shows:

No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule once per booking (up to 24 hours in advance) without penalty.

• Rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.

4. Group Classes

• Classes require a minimum of 2 participants to proceed, unless otherwise stated.

If the minimum number is not met, the session may be rescheduled or credited to a future class.

5. Cancellations by Arise Pickleball

• In case of rain, unsafe conditions, or coach unavailability, we will notify participants as soon as possible.

You will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full credit for the class.

6. Private Coaching Sessions

• Private lessons follow the same 24-hour cancellation rule.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.

• การ ชำระเงินล่วงหน้าเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์ในคลาส

• การจองที่ยังไม่ได้ชำระเงินจะถือว่า ยังไม่ยืนยัน และอาจถูกเปิดให้ผู้เล่นท่านอื่นจองแทนได้

• สามารถชำระเงินผ่าน LINE: @pickleball หรือ ลิงก์การจองที่ทาง Arise แจ้งให้

2. การยกเลิกโดยผู้เล่น

• ยกเลิกก่อนเวลาเริ่มคลาสมากกว่า 24 ชั่วโมง:

สามารถยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนเวลาได้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย

• ยกเลิกภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเริ่มคลาส:

จะถูกคิดค่าคลาสเต็มจำนวน และถือว่าคลาสนั้นถูกใช้งานแล้ว

• ไม่มาเข้าคลาสโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า (No-Show):

ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินหรือเลื่อนคลาสได้

3. การเลื่อนคลาส

• สามารถ เลื่อนคลาสได้ 1 ครั้งต่อการจอง (ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง) โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่าย

• คลาสที่เลื่อนต้องใช้ให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันที่จองเดิม

4. คลาสกลุ่ม (Group Class)

• คลาสกลุ่มต้องมีผู้เข้าร่วมอย่างน้อย 2 คนขึ้นไป

หากมีผู้เข้าร่วมน้อยกว่านี้ ทาง Arise อาจ เลื่อนคลาสหรือให้เครดิตสำหรับคลาสถัดไป

5. การยกเลิกโดย Arise Pickleball

• หากเกิด ฝนตก สภาพสนามไม่ปลอดภัย หรือโค้ชไม่สามารถมาสอนได้

ทางเราจะแจ้งให้ทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด และท่านสามารถเลือกที่จะ เลื่อนคลาสหรือรับเครดิตเต็มจำนวน

6. คลาสส่วนตัว (Private Coaching Session)

• ใช้กฎเดียวกับการยกเลิกภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง

• หากยกเลิกช้าหรือไม่มาโดยไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า จะถูก คิดค่าคลาสเต็มจำนวน

7. วิธีการยกเลิกหรือเลื่อนคลาส
